As previously mentioned, the beach, due to its tranquility, is particularly appreciated by families and couples, as well as tourists staying in a secluded location such as Sant'Alessio Siculo which, however, is located a short distance from splendid places to explore and visit.

The southern slope has a coast where lakes and rocks are the main protagonists of nature.

In front of the beach of Sant'Alessio it is possible to see the Calabria and, especially in the evening thanks to the illuminated Calabrian coast, the panorama is spectacular.

The beach is wedged into a coastal stretch about four kilometers long, but its extension is only one kilometer formed by fine black sand mixed with pebbles and appears to be among the most beautiful on the eastern coast of Sicily.

The beach is accompanied by an equipped and shady promenade which proves to be ideal especially in the evening for a traditional walk in the moonlight.

The town, which during the rest of the year takes on a slow and balanced rhythm, changes during the summer thanks to the arrival of many tourists who take advantage of the good hotel presence to stay there while also having the opportunity to make interesting excursions such as Taormina and Giardini Naxos.
