A triumph of taste, between crunchy fried foods and soft savory pies with rich fillings, sinful desserts and street food classics, all prepared with the freshest ingredients: the event, born in 2019, was able to quickly conquer the palates (and hearts!) of Sicilians and tourists.

Il Lentini Street Food program includes hospitality in the Villa with entertainment for the little ones, games for the kids, reading space and in the evening, dance and music shows. The evenings of the party are animated by DJs, dance groups and entertainers. The city awaits you with a real gastronomic journey among bars, takeaways and other places where you can taste the specialties of the Sicilian street food.

The history of Lentini Street Food

Lentini Street Food is a gastronomic festival young, born in 2019. Already from the first edition it has been able to win over all its visitors, who eagerly await the new event every year.

The street food festival, organized by Pro Loco of Lentini, sees the collaboration of sponsors, artisans and local personalities who have been able to make these Sicilian evenings very lively, with special attention paid to the preparation of the delicious foods served.

When Lentini Street Food takes place

Lentini Street Food returns year after year in September, with two days entirely dedicated to good food: the11 and the 12 September Lentini awaits you with its festival dedicated to street food.
The event begins at 11:00 am.

Lentini is located in the Free Municipal Consortium of Syracuse: in the city you will find stands and clubs participating in the festival everywhere, but make an appointment in the centre, at Villa Gorgia, where it all begins.

By train, get off at Catania Central Station, which is about 26 km from the town, where you can arrive by bus or shuttle; if you prefer to arrive with your own auto, take the Catania-Siracusa motorway and continue until the exit for Lentini-Carlentini, which is located just 6 km from the city centre.
