Il Sicily Food Festival, international event dedicated to street food, is ready to return with an even richer and tastier new edition. This year, the festival will take place in two stages, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience that celebrates the gastronomic excellence of Sicily.
Where the Sicily Food Festival takes place
La first step of the festival will be held at Marsala, from 20 at the 23 July.
The wonderful seafront of Marsala will be the perfect setting for this international culinary event. During the festival, the city will be transformed into a real capital of excellent food, offering an infinite variety of gastronomic delights. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste street food of all kinds, craft beers, canned products and much more. But the Sicily Food Festival is not just a celebration of street food.
There will also be cooking shows with important chefs who will share their culinary secrets and conferences on topics of gastronomic interest. Also, in conjunction with the festival, the Marsal Kite Fest, an event dedicated to Kite Surf lovers.
La second stage of the festival will be held at Caltanissetta, From '8 10 to September. This stage celebrates the food and wine heritage and the culture of Mediterranean food. The festival aims to enhance the territory and the companies that produce gastronomic excellence and craft beers. After the huge success of past editions, Caltanissetta is preparing to welcome tens of thousands of visitors from all provinces.
What to do during the Sicily Food Festival
The Sicily Food Festival also offers the possibility for companies to register and promote their products. Registration is open until June 30, 2023. This is a unique opportunity to present your products to an attentive and passionate audience, meet other industry professionals and access numerous opportunities for visibility.
To make the experience even more enjoyable, the festival offers the possibility to purchase "Tokens", which can be used to purchase dishes and beers during the event. Each Token has a value of €1,00. Furthermore, those who choose to reach the festival by train and present the ticket at the ticket office will receive a discount on the purchase of Tokens.
