The advent of the twentieth century was another occasion for profound renewal for the local Mother Church. In 1910, various American citizens organized themselves with a fundraiser to create a special altar, on which to place the statue dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary. 1968 was a complicated year due to the earthquake, with the loss of various chandeliers, the central organ and an important painting. More than twenty years passed before the church was totally restored, with the return to full religious activity dated 1992.

There are numerous decorations contained in the religious building, starting with the statue of San Giuseppe created by the artist Bagnasco.

The walk continues with a marble altar that supports the Madonna del Rosario, as well as the statue of Saint Lucia and the altar with the sculpture of Saint Anthony of Padua. Various aedicules and niches appear in correspondence with the longitudinal walls, while a stone balustrade and four risers divide the central hall from the area reserved for the presbyters. Overall, the building is very plain in its appearance.
