The Mother Church of San Giuseppe Jato was consecrated to Most Holy Redeemer and San Nicolò di Bari, immediately after the end of the works for its construction, in 1922. In 1838 the situation of the building was further complicated by the landslide which caused numerous damages to the structure and the works finally resumed in 1848.
