La Church of Maria Santissima delle Grazie in Petrosino is built in 1745, but the original building did not have the same dimensions as the Church today: much smaller, the parish was enlarged over the years to accommodate the growing number of faithful in the town. In 1845 there was the last expansion, which gave the Church its current size and appearance.

The upper order has no decorations or windows, but just below the tympanum there is a large niche which has now been filled with a beautiful mosaic representing the Madonna and Child.

The bell tower (rebuilt in the modern era) has four small superimposed cross-shaped openings, from the first to the penultimate floor, before the belfry, where three single-lancet windows open.
