Casa Malù is located in Messina in a strategic position. Just 20 meters from the Caronte & Tourist private ferry landing stages, and just 2 km from the Messina-Boccetta motorway exit (for those coming from Catania) and 1 km from the Messina-Giostra motorway exit (for those coming from Palermo).
 
Casa Malù is an entire 70mXNUMX attic totally at your disposal, full of every comfort. It offers fast and free Wi-Fi connection ideal for working or studying. The structure boasts a super panoramic view of the Strait of Messina, which can be admired from a large terrace, ideal for an aperitif at sunset or to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning. The apartment consists of a bedroom with walk-in closet, large living room with sofa bed and dining area, a bathroom with shower and set of towels. In the lounge you will find a large smart TV so you can relax while watching a film or your favorite TV series in HD and streaming (Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen is always available. You can enjoy free use of air conditioning in every room.
 
There are 2 charging stations available under the house (for a fee) for charging electric cars.

Authorized guests: it is strictly forbidden to host and entertain other people outside of the reservation made. OFFENDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES.

Pet Permission: Pets are not permitted inside.

Noise: guests are asked to respect the established silence hours and not to disturb the neighborhood with excessive noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors ETC ETC)

Commercial Films and Photography: Guests are asked not to participate in films or photo shoots intended for commercial or profit-making purposes, without the
documented host permission.
